Ab and Lach are (finally) getting hitched!
Our wedding will be very relaxed, low-fuss and not very traditional but with plenty of adventure in nature just as you'd expect from us.
We are so excited to be able to share this moment with our closest family and friends (that's you!).
We know Mt Buffalo is a bit of a trek for many of you so we completely understand if making the trip is a bit out of reach.
You are so special to us, and we would absolutely love to have you there if you can!

Our wedding celebrations will be adults only.
No kiddos, no doggos.
Dress
Smart casual, but practical for the mountains.
The weather on Mt Buffalo can be quite unpredictable. It could be hot, it could be snowing. We will keep you informed of forecasts closer to the date.
We do encourage wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that will enable some adventuring around the Mt Buffalo peak after the ceremony. It's worth it.
Please be prepared for all ranges of weather - the ceremony will go ahead regardless of rain, snow, fog, hail or sunshine!

Important Ceremony Info
Travel Time
Please allow around at least 45 minutes to 1 hour to travel from Bright up to The Horn Picnic Area.
The road is well sealed for most of the way, but quite windy and narrow so it can be slow going.
There are often cyclists using the roads so please be mindful of the many blind corners.
Towards the end, there is 2km of unsealed gravel road from the Cresta Valley carpark to the Horn Picnic Area.
Toilets
There are two toilet options along the road up towards
The Horn, but none at the top.
1. Near Cathedral Rock Track access (fairly visible to the left)
2. Cresta Valley Carpark (this is your last chance for a toilet stop before the ceremony)
Alternatively there are toilets located at the Chalet carpark but this is a bit out of the way.
And if none of the above have been utilised, a bush wee it is.
You've been warned.
Parking
Parking is limited at The Horn Picnic Area.
We strongly suggest carpooling
There is an alternate carpark located at 'Cresta Valley' a short distance from the Horn Road.
This would be a good spot for those who do not want to drive on the gravel road up to The Horn to jump into cars with available seats.
Please let us know if you have spare seats or if you require help finding someone to carpool with.

If you are arriving in Bright the day before, there will be an informal get together for dinner. We'd love to see you before the big day!

Come hang out with us in the park for a BBQ breakfast. We will aim to set up nearby to Riff Raff so you have access to caffeine.
